What comes to mind when you hear someone claim that he or she is a man or woman of dignity?
Now suppose you are the stomach in a team and you feel hungry or upset(stomach upset) what would you do?

Being human is by definition being fallible.We all have weaknesses,we are all flawed.Nothing is as imperfect as man.Our weaknesses come in various shapes and sizes,needs and wants,fonts and colours,magnitude and intensities.Yet it is always a challenge to accept these imperfections without fear and shame.We secretly fear being rejected and being considered unlovable,or being considered weak or embarrassed as worthless.

Dignity is tested when we strive to be our truest selves.When we seek to drop our defenses and allow ourselves to feel pain and pleasure.

Your weakness is your thorn in your flesh.It is not an experience you encounter ,but the experiences of life reveal the weakness deep seated in you.The weight of your weakness is borne in the state of your soul.your weakness reveals in the handling of your feelings. Look at your feelings honestly and evaluate how you handle them then you will know your weakness that so easily entangles you.

Somehow,our competitive society has succeeded in teaching us that expressing positive feelings such us joy make us good,while the negative ones such as hurt and anger make us bad.We take up our defenses to save our face and souls from further pain.but in so doing ,we fail to acknowledge our fallibility and suppress our feelings deep within.This is injury to our own dignity.

The remedy to guard our dignity is for us to voice our weaknesses honestly without fearing we are going to be shot.So, how well does your team create a room for others to express their feelings?When your team member is hurt, angry or frustrated,does he/she still have his/her voice without disrupting the course of work in the day?
 Here are some areas you need to accurately adress in guarding your dignity as far as your fears are concerned.
!. ACCEPT BEING WRONG
This is a test on human imperfection.it is not easy to admit you are wrong if you fear  thinking it is a question on your competence. but how long can you go one defending a lie infront of people who know the truth?
admitting you are wrong is always in the first step towards the right direction.
2.ADMIT DEFEAT
Defeat lies in the path of growth.if you are taken challenges that demand more from you,you are likely to fail.if you fail to admit it failure in the first place you may end up misdirecting your efforts and miss out on your best.
3.ACKNOWLEDGE HURT
this is a test on your vulnerability.if you don't state you are hurt when you truly are,you will inevitably get angry.if u fear expressing your heart you might never experience true love.when you express your heart ,you will know who truly cares about you and who doesnt.
4.ADMIT IGNORANCE
This may be a test on your honesty.not everything you are told many at times makes sense to your ears.it is always in your best of interest to ask questions,otherwise you will prove your stupidity with your ignorance in action.
5.ACKNOWLEDGE FEAR
Are you afraid to be afraid?
Most of the corrupt people like to put a bold face on,yet they are always afraid of being broke.If they would deal with their fears correctly our society would be preserved.But as it stands fear runs the world behind bold masks.

In accepting or weakness we are able to tap into the strengths of others and at the same time we build on our strengths.dignity will always createS a perfect team.
