3. *When you deliberately fail to support church projects, God raises other better and serious givers.*
Mmmh, this third point has a shaming tone with it.
But let's assume the possibility of people withdrawing their generosity from the household of faith.
First, I don't buy into the idea that God will start raising better givers...
I think you just cut yourself off from being a channel of blessings. It's your own problem. And since this is not of faith, it is SIN.
I Like that the Bible teaches that giving is a gift we must purpose to excel.
There is way too much about the mystery of giving that cannot be captured in an article.
However, measure you use, the same will be used to your advantage or disadvantage.
You sow sparingly, you reap sparingly 🤌🏼. You sow bountifully, you reap bountifully. 🤭... On this God is not mocked. Irizwaririz💯
I conclude this nugget by a sentiment I collected a while back...
You want to start your generosity journey with the Tithe. Learn to pay just 10%.
After, instead of looking for some change to put in the offertory bucket, be intentional about it. Think of what your offering as a means to settle bills for the church. In a month did it even by 3 rolls of tissue paper, sanitizer, broomstick? What of outreach, giving to the poor,...
Also track your expenditure to supporting Brethren in the church. You bought lunch, coffee, a gift to encourage someone. Condoled with a bereaved family. (2021 was a joke, 2022 the momentum is just mind blowing). Currently, More that 6 families in our circle are coming to terms with the reality of losing loved ones.
I don't mean to scare you...
No church ever died because people withdraw their gifts. This thing dies by the mouth 🤌🏼. The stories that we share when we have negative vibes. Jifundishe kunyamaza🤭. Acha watu WA stima waongee story za stima...🙄
Lastly, Please understand that the Church does not need your money per se. When you give, you don't give to the church management kitty. A thousand times No.
You are giving unto God!
