When it comes to people working together,people always have a keen eye if they are valued and respected in the the team or not.they selfishly note if so and so cares for and about them or not.this marks the onset of growth or downfall of a team.

The dignity of individuals in your organisation is either your strongest or your weakest link.it sffects the strength and the tenacity of the whole unit.
it is therefore an indispensable value in your organisation core values.remember values are the containers of your vision.without them people are unrestrained.they behave ANYHOW.have you seen some anyhow behavior in your team?

if you have,the solution is always to start a dialogue around it.let people expess themselves in how they believe they should be treated in the team.the discussion are bound to overflow into personal comments but Be patient with the prosses.let the people pour their hearts out.this may be their only chance for them to feel heard and appreciated in the team!in the end you will will find your team on the part to healing and growth

Below is a letter i did to my team to remind them that they are wanted and needed.it was a call for unity and sensitize the members not to take for granted the meetin up of brethren.here is the excerpt

dear team,
The eye has seen and is almost sleepy because it has not seen you in its meetings.the eye beholds your whatsapp DIP and status by the hour,but leave alone that electronic nonsense."real life is meeting".it longs to feast on your body live an read its expression.the eye believes there is something about face to face edification.are you the eye?

The hand that wore the wrist watch has also become lazy.maybe because of hanging around AFRICAN timers.it has sometimes been so slothful to send an apology via text.do we really need that hand?sould we pluck it?noooo!we need that hand.we need that hand to HANDLE WELL its priorities and posteriorities.are you the hand?

The stomach,are you hungry?btw i have forgotten your favourite dish,was i milk ,meat or bones?i know of your zeal and appetite for God's work.Do you still feel fed to your filll when yu come to us,let us know.we would love to adjust our mwnu jus for you.are you the stomach?

Hullo legs,are you weary too...?haven;t seen you in our retreats and conferences.i know you wanna walk aith us to the furthest into your destiny.I remember our promise to you, that you will never walk alone.do you feel abandoned?when was the last time you went for evangelism?we still want to walk with you in every step of the way.are you the leg?
I am aware some feet want to hang their boots this year. I bet they had nike shoes that urge them JUST DO IT!but hey,we got shoes of peace here,walk to us and lets know of your future plans.are you among these beautiful feet?

The head has been wondering how he will tell you all this.you are all imporantant in this body.your feelings are specially valid. The head is just like one of you and is not any higher than you.he is at times ashamed even to strip your nakedness(you know those parts that the head cannot fathom their ways).He longs that you know and embrace this as truth.then you will own the team.
I the fingers have written this for your consideration.you are all the brains as far as this matter is concerned.I urge you to be concerned for one another's interests,so is the law of Christ.
