How can a man evaluate his dignity?
This is key because,corruption is a spiritual disease.This makes it very personal if it is to be treated.To fight corruption,every one must struggle in his own chambers to guard his dignity and worthiness.Everyone must strive to be the servant that leads.
I would that you first know the faculties of dignity. Where h heart  is weighed and tested with regard to this matter.The main areas where our dignity is put to test includes the below

1.MOUTH
2.MONEY
3. MANDATE
In handling these tenets do we find the life or death of our dignity.

1. MOUTH
What is the quality of your speech?  is it mature,seasoned and full of grace or is it a polluted fountain of reckless words?

The gossip,the slanderer,the accuser,the false witness,the rumor monger,the quarrelsome never taste the good of dignity.Yes,men of perverse lips never come near his courts. Therein lies the the damnation of a man who talks too much and the one who talks in haste. consider some of your politicians,you will get a picture of them that fall in trouble over issues of dignity.

The words of a man of dignity can be trusted.They may hurt,but they only break the right ares that need to be broken for an improved life.

To a person of dignity, a YES  means YES and a NO means NO.
YES means that you endorse yourself to be responsible.to risk for your pleasure or pain
NO means you are setting limits for yourself and others.you are not permitting unauthorized access into your boundaries for your own interests.
Different people have different problems with the use or these little words.Some have a problem saying yes ,while others groan to having to give a NO as an answer.Whatever your struggle is,it is important to remember that it is your risk and you got to take personal responsibility.No one else will.

2.MONEY
Money is a monster with deceptive magic.Money deludes men into thinking that they can buy dignity. BEWARE,DIGNITY IS NOT FOR SALE!There is comfort in thinking that,if you are smartly dressed then,your address is the fruit of dignity.Some think that, if you have a fine ride then you are surely powered by dignity.The bitter pill to swallow is that,DIGNITY IS NOT FOUND IN POSSESSIONS.

Possessions are just as cosmetic as your lipstick.Soon your true worth at heart will reveal itself. Possessions will serve to show how great your fall can be,remember this is the only resource that is easily measured and evaluated.even the your dog can make the calculations in audit and know that things are terribly going sour for you.

A shrewd man,may seem wise,but his "wisdom" never adds up to #dignity.His heart still remains to be of little worth as it has no concern with justice.This has been the cause of deep root poverty in many African nations.Men who regard themselves to be of a high caliber and seat in VIP branded seats in our congregation suffer from this myopia. They are busy lining their pockets by oppressing the poor,they misuse public funds,grab land and even bribe to beef up the atrocities.to them I say,shame on you,more money cannot buy you dignity!

Contentment is a mark for the man of dignity.He carefully understands that little well handled is better than much mishandled.One mega business man expressed his disgust on such a perverse idea by saying

           i know nothing more despicable and pathetic than a man who devotes all hours of                the waking day to make money for money's sake- john D Rockefeller.

3.MANDATE
What is you attitude towards your job?
Have you accepted your roles and mandate in your family,community and workplace?The challenge with mandate is always to act responsibly morally,mentally and physically without supervision but with accountability. This quote is loaded with more than I can ever explain on what dignity means in executing your mandate.
                        folks who never do anything more than they are paid for ,never get paid for                anymore than they do-Elbert Hubbard.
To do what no man can pay you for is dignity in practice. It is the real making of a life,not the mere earning of a living.
THEREFORE:
  ,in executing your mandate or work
   never say it is not your job,go ahead and do it if it is in your capacity to do it
  do not give excuses,substitute them with plans and programs
   do not shift a blame,accept your fallibility
    this is to be a person of dignity!
