Is that sin?

What is sin exactly?

I was listening to some guy with lots of beard and repute from India explain why Adultery is neither right nor wrong. According to the guru, it was JUST ' not a sensible way to live.'

Some other well known preacher, said 'Kunyonga'🤤 is not sin, it's just a bad habit. 

 I was training some new hires and over lunch hour there was some discussion on Guarana, cold ice and some other cool brands🍺🍷🥃🍾. 'Kukunywa si dhambi pastor, hata ukilewa na usikosee mtu, io ni sawa. ' ama?  

IN our society today, we live without boundaries. Physical or moral.

You simply can do as you WISH! Nobody gets disciplined anymore... 

So, at what point does one sin against God?

I will be trying to study and answer this question from the scriptures, and would like your thoughts.
